Location :Department of Catering Science & Hotel Management at SMS College of Arts & Science organized an ‘Eat Good, Feel Good’ workshop on 24th April 2023. Chef Dhayalan from Hilton Sail Lagoon, Maldives, was the chief guest for the event. Five types of cooking were demonstrated in front of the students, including continental and Chinese cuisine. Also, he demonstrated students how to cook continental, oriental, and Indian dishes using simple ingredients available at home. He made sure the students participated in the cooking competition and taught them how to cook. Dr.Balakrishnan, Vice Principal, and Mr. Johnson, Assistant Professor of Catering Department, presided over the event.
